How To Order Your Custom Bows

Call us at (844) 404-3643 to get started with your order.

Have these ready to get started:

1) Width of bow measured from left to right

2) Tail length

3) Type of tie: ie. florist wire (wire gauge if known), wood pick, twist tie, elastic loop, chenille stem or thinner ribbon, etc.

4) Type of ribbon

5) Ribbon width

6) Color or colors of ribbon

7) Style of bow

8) Number of bows by style and color

9) When bows are needed

We request a picture of the product showing where the bow will be attached. In some cases we may need 3 samples of the bow style, to better duplicate the bow required. This gives our Design Team the opportunity to offer the best quality for special needs.

We can quote you on bows made from ribbon you supply.

Once prices and terms are approved, a delivery date or dates are established.

Our Accounting Dept. issues an invoice & emails the invoice to the customer.

All custom bow orders require a deposit of 50% of the total order accompanying the P.O. mailed to BOW GENIE. The remaining 50% of the order is due 30 days from the day the order ships from Bow Genie.

ORDER STATUS: We keep you informed during production and give you the option of an earlier or partial delivery.

We provide a packing list with all info regarding carrier and pro # or tracking #.

We try to minimize shipping costs and will work with customers who have special discounts with carriers such as FedEx or UPS.
