Yes. Bow Genie is a handcrafted, high-volume manufacturer — every bow is hand-tied at our tying stations using primarily manual techniques. Many of our makers have been with us since the beginning, 40 years ago.
Grocery floral and mass retail, Christmas & holiday / wreath makers, specialty and packaging brands, and events & large-format installations. If it needs a bow, we can tie it.
Essentially, yes. We don’t hold mass inventory — every bow is a custom project, adjusted to your ribbon, color, size, style and packaging spec.
We color-match to Pantone or to a physical fabric swatch you send us, with a dedicated Pantone matching station for true-to-color production across repeat orders.
Your ribbon or ours. We keep ribbon libraries in-house, or we’ll produce with materials you provide.
From roughly 3″ accent bows for packaging up to 36″ hand-tied large-format bows for stages, showrooms and signage — sized consistently order after order.
It depends on the program. Specialty and packaging runs support low minimums with quick samples; mass-retail and holiday programs run from a few thousand up to 500,000 bows.
Digital design concepts and emailed sample photos come first (often within about 48 hours), then a physical sample by mail for approval before we produce.
We produce over 15,000 bows a day and can train teams quickly for urgent deadlines. Large-format runs can turn in as little as 7 days; seasonal Christmas programs run on a slot-based system for October–December with pre-confirmed ship dates — reserve capacity early.
Flat-packed or fluffed, labeled to your spec, in trays, bags, boxes and master cartons with PO numbers and production dates. Formats are pallet-optimized for LTL or FTL freight, with tracked shipping. Blind and transparent drop-shipping are available.
